Ok so I just finished the prep work. Now here is the only hard part, it is cutting the larger piece of the mesh. Do it slow and triple check the cutting. Lol. Don't cut so much off at first. Leave a lot of extra and just trim. I cut mine a little to short around the edges. Here's pics.

Yeah cutting that crap sucks they should already come with cut pieces I mean how hard is it to have it cut right from the factory? Haha

Those louvers are awesome. I recently bought the regular ones. They're such a breeze to install and completely change the look of your car.

Thanks! Ya these louvers were just a little but harder to install because of the mesh wiring inside.

I've looked at the CDC grille, and yes it looks fantastic. My only concern is that there is no protection to the radiator. Does this cause a problem??

Well I thought about this and I said. If they are putting this grille on the new GT500. It can't hurt it. Cause ford wouldn't put this on a 60K car if it was bad. JMO

Haha yes you are right, I cleaned mine and it was like the bugs just got pushed in more into the Radiator. Lol but I can I have a lot of joy when I clean my stang. The after product feels good when I do it.
