Finally..New Mods

I finally got a few new appearance mods done to my baby! Tailight surrounds and side window louvers from AM, Blackout Panel thanks to eBay, and racing stripes. I have a hood scoop that was painted too (just have to install it).

That was definitely a thought. I need to see if I can take it off without removing the entire grille. Anyone have experience with this?

So I decided to go the easy route and buy an emblem cover. Plus I can take it off if I needed to. I swear buying stuff for my car is addicting!

Bought a 2013 Taurus. Before that had a Altima Coupe (Barf!). Needed something alittle bigger for trips. Let's face it the Mustang has a small trunk...I couldnt fit enough beer in there to take to the lake!

I have an opinion question for you guys. My front bumper has two small holes where the previous owner had a license plate. Its not noticeable until you get close. Would you leave it as it is or put the bracket on there and get a Mustang plate to put on the front? I'm torn at this point....[COLOR="Silver"]

I need 1slosix to jump in on this. but they sell small tabs at auto parts stores & you could get a small bottle of touch up paint to put in the holes and paint over them. if you don't have to have a plate on the front don't!!

here is a pic of some of the tabs im talking about. and as far as touch up paint you can usually get it at auto parts stores as well. may also use some silicone to keep the tabs in place possibly.

I also like the taurus

I think that sounds like a good option. If the holes bother you enough that is.

The good thing is that they are in the black stripe on both sides so unless you get close you don't see them. Its on of those things like a door ding...you know it's there so ya see it like it's a huge scar staring back at you....

The first mod I did to my 2013 V6 was remove the front license plate bracket. Found a link googling to BumperPlugs and got a set to fill in the holes. They sell them pre-painted to match what ever color stang you have. They look a lot better than the 2 holes in my opinion:

Finally...New Mods (here also)

As the sign says, I'm a newby here but not to Stangs. I have had my V6 for almost three years as the plain jane it came as. A few months back I got rid of the wife that drove it and have decided to do some bolt-on dress up. I added the CS wing & scoops, Eleanor scoops, mirror covers and staggered AMRs with Pirellis. I like it a lot better now. Not planning on racing it so I will probably stick with the stock engine and suspension. I also have a 2013 GT to do all that with. Any comments appreciated.
