DUH !!! What happened to the topic.

13stang22 has a problem and needs a little advise. What does this have to do with an automatic or manual transmission or can my wife or girlfriend drive a stick?????

If anyone complains about driving a manual in traffic they have bought the wrong car! This is my first manual at 38 and I won't go back! Driving in traffic going in and out of gears is part of the "fun factor" that goes along with driving a manual. But to each their own.

Maybe traffic is different around you, but here in the north east after sitting in 2+ hours of stop and go traffic the fun factor became very unfun. At least to me. But to each their own!

If you're liking it, that's all that matters. I will say that you do definitely feel like a more active part of the driving experience. Almost like part of the car.

Someday when I get the "weekend car" I'll most likely get a manual again, but for the daily driver I'm sticking with the slush box.

Yikes, two hours of traffic? The most I hit is 45 mins. I guess I'll consider myself lucky then.

Very funny if I say so myself.

broken shims in the rear end and somehow the pinion angle was off. there was another thing I forgot. I get my car tomorrow. I'll ask him all the details but apparently those can cause a lot of noise and vibrations.

I broke them in okay and everything tho and I've gone 150+ with them. it doesn't make sense to me but I'm not very knowledgable when it comes to this.
