problems with vibrations

I have aftermarket gears. 1 piece DS and upper/lower control arms and I feel terrible vibrations past 90 mph now and I hear like a clunking sound in the back when I break or turn sharply in the back. I've taken it to a few shops and all of them say its fine. idk what do. any suggestions? thanks

Are you lowered? If so your pinion angle could be off. That means your upper control arm needs to be adjusted
While you're at it, check your LCA

Come on, you have to be more ambitious than that!!!!!!!
At least CAI, intake manifold, Long tubes w/x pipe and resonators w/ pypes
And programable air ride kit....
Lets not forget the forged bottom end, larger capacity oil pan, Ported/polished heads w/ some really large cams, an don't forget the TTs...
A 1 piece driveshaft would also be nice...
With some slicks.... And skinnies up front....
And that's stage 1...

Until we are stuck in traffic and I see the guy in the MT doing everything in his power to not stop the car. I had a MT and don't miss it at all. I love being able to keep my hand on my girl's thigh. But to each their own.

My wife was SO PISSED when we got to the dealer and it was a manual. My response. This car is all mine you have your grocery getter right over there! I'll get around to teaching her one day right before I change my clutch.

From what I have read many times on this & other forums

The harder bushings on the control arms cause the clunking sound. There is probably nothing wrong. Do a search and read some of the noise problems with some control arm bushings.

As far as a vibration above 90 mph it is probably due to your tires are not totally in balance for that speed.

It also could be just one tire out of round. Find a good tire shop and let them check and balance your tires & wheels on a late model hunter machine.

I really don't think it is a drive shaft problem. If it was you would know from 25/30 mph up.

Ronnie
