I have many friends who switched from camaro to mustang and say its a night n day difference. I'm not one of those guys that think my stang is the fastest car in the world. I have a supercharged 2013 v6 and I know my place. lol but his z28 and your boss would jus be absolute embarrassment for him even if you were stock.

I also support the whole "aftermarket" ghost tune theory of it being crap. ( doesn't include bosses as that's for a very good reason )

And here is a REAL ford 5.0 with a REAL cam.

All the others are just copies of the boss track key anyway

That said, your car, you do what you want. But I will laugh at you when it sounds cammed and you reply "cammed tune".

My whole theory is, if your going to do it, do it right the first time, and this whole thing of having a tune to imitate a cam sounds like your half-assing it.

But what are we to do if the v6 market is limited. I like the idea of technology advancing far enough that there are no longer chip upgrades and its all done by the ob2 port. That's impressive to me.

I got to yell ya. I think the old cam lope is for old school cars only. 70's and under. I actually don't think the newer cars should have it. It just doesn't fit the 90's and up cars. Not a fan, sorry guys.

When I hear cam lope...it better howl like the angriest beast alive when it rolls. The 3.7 sounds nice when it idles, but not so much when running.
Not my cup of tea. But I am an old guy...never liked fart can equipped cars and too many V6 Mustangs tend to sound that way.

But good Lord, some of the 3.7's just sound MAD as HELL without the rice effect.

I agree. The start up and idle sounds nice. Like a very smal v8. But once you get above 30, it just sounds ehh.
