There's this dude that comes into my work all the time that says he lowered his 5.0 in 45 minutes?

There is no way, it takes 20 min to just get the panhard bar out. I did it with friends and still took me around 4hrs.

1/2 hour per side on the front with air tools after the car is on Jack stands and the tires are off.

Not with out a lift and power tools. Even with them you won't do it in 45 minutes. I got quotes from local garages and they told me about three hours!!! The dude that comes in to your work is full of crap!!!
