Yea its because the pipes they use arent right and there is way too much back pressure. We are just trying to figure out if its worth coming out with a turbo kit or not

I definitely want to turbo soonish. Like by summer 2014.

Would twin-turbos be less effective, or even possible?

Wish I had that kind of money, that guy bought a car outright, bought all the parts, then sent his engine to MMR to give it the works, then bought more parts. Jeeeez.

Well, I think I'm gonna try to trade my car in on a manual tranny, maybe even like a 2011 GT if I can talk someone down. But I really hate the idea of spending almost $10,000 on performance and not being able to control my gears.

---------- Post added at 12:35 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:32 PM ----------

I mean yes, there's the +/- button, but it's so slow and numb that it's pointless for sports purposes. And I know autos are a lot less hassle, but I barely do any city driving, and when I do it's not like gridlocked stop-and-go, just the occasional red light. Because I live in Arkansas. Lol.

Maybe I missed it, but why did you buy an auto in the first place?

My first time driving stick was awesome. I got it down in like 15 minutes. Fun times.

Well, I've only driven a stick once, and it was my friend's crappy old Ranger, and I couldn't get it out of 1st because we were driving down a trail behind his house. But, I didn't kill it, so yay.

Because I have to teach my parents to drive stock first, and they didn't want to :p
"You're not getting a car we can't drive"
I think my exhaust scares them :p

I wish we were like Europe where 85% of cars are standard transmissions. I can GUARANTEE there would be tons less accidents yearly. People would focus on shifting/driving the car rather than texting, eating fries and burgers, etc etc.
