They probably will sound better.

I have the Magnaflow streets on my 3.7 and they really got a lot deeper then when first installed. I now have over 5,500 miles on them and i'm guessing they sound better due to the carbon deposited in them. Your Bassani mufflers will probably sound deeper and better after a few thousand miles. You will just have to wait and see.

A friend of mine has them and they sound great. I have Steeda axle backs and to my knowledge no one on this forum had really even heard of them. I think they are great.

Yes, Bassani mufflers are OK

A lot of Corvette guys use them. They are made in the U.S.A.

As long as you like them is all that really counts. Bassini has been around for a long time.

hahaha. They are one of the best if not the best in my opinion of all exhaust manufacturers. Very high quality. You don't hear a lot about them because they are very expensive. Great choice.

Yes. Once the metal has went through heat cycles and has some carbon build up on the inside it will mellow out and get a deeper.

Awesome choice.

Bassani is a good exhaust company the only way you can change the exhaust note is with headers, x pipe or h pipe basically the opposite one you have on now.

Once you get a few thousand miles on them they will really warm up. Be patient. If you like them now you will love them. Post some clips and pics if you can. We all love pics and sound clips because we are

(whispers) pppssssst... mustang junkies.. shhhhh..

Very Wrong Statment

WRONG _WRONG_WRONG

Not changing the headers or X-Pipe but just putting enough miles on a brand new set of axlebacks will put enough carbon in them to take a slight tinny note and make it a little deeper. ( Not much but still a better sound )

I'm with you on the H-Pipe in place of the X-Pipe changing the sound. You will lose a little power though but not enough to notice but will separate the pulses on each bank giving a great healthy sound.

I have had the Bassani axle backs on for about 5000 miles and the note has gotten less raspy than when they were new. I went back and listed to my YouTube video and could tell which clips were when I first put on and how it sounds now. As stated in previous thread, if you like the sound now, you will love it after a few thousand miles.
