I would discourage "cheap" when it comes to electrical installs. The saying "you get what you pay for" applys here.
It would be best to save up and buy a complete kit, such as one from "starkey". They use the OEM bezels and light assemblies, and their wiring is top notch, OEM looking, and almost plug and play; just a couple of crimps to the replacement light switch (included with the kit) and one to the engine fuse panel using their supplied connectors. All instructions with pictures to guide in the installation are included, along with a phone number to techs if you need assistance (you won't though).
This is one of the few areas I like to buy a better kit for. Not saying you could not go out and buy the factory bezels, lights, headlight switch, and then make your own wiring harness, but it requires some know how and correct points to wire into the factory system to work with the factory fog light switch.
Charlie-Santos has done this, so perhaps he will chime in and offer you some tips.
Just be sure to use a relay for a power source if you do it yourself (kits include this or use the factory hot lead connections).
It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.
