That depends on how luck you feel. You can be the first on your block to have a 2015 in the driveway or in the shop while they try to figure out what's the matter. I did that with the 1993 Pontiac Grand Prix. On that model some A**hole engineer figured out that they could put the alternator right under that exhaust manifold and as long as it was heat shielded, there wouldn't be any problems.
They should have brought in a mechanic to ask his opinion. I had 5 of them, 4 under warranty to be replaced. It's a SOB to get to. If I had waited another year, I would have known this and bought something else.
