So here is a question. Is it a good idea to get one??
I found two that i like in one dealership, they both are premium convertible with grey interior (what i like) One is grey one is white. price under $21k

It saves me almost $14k comparing to new one.

So tell me what do you guys think

thanks
OP I'm sure your rental stang will be fine. Not like people abuse mini van rentals.

By referring to people who buy rentals as, "suckers" and pulling off-topic vehicles to prove your point?

You've gone from providing an opinion to just being an asshat about it.
Yay for you.

I've bought one year old rentals before and I've never had a problem. One was a Grand Am that rolled 180k miles. Lots of warranty left plus you can buy an extended if you like. I would definitely consider it. Engines are much better now as are lubricants. I say don't knock it.

No doubt. I'm sure there are some really good rental car buys out there with good quality. If one can get an extended warranty that helps to really reduce the possible financial risk of repairs.

Never say never. One day you might find yourself in a situation where you need cheap reliable transportation. Economics might make the decision for you as it did for a lot of people since 2008. I know, maybe not a Mustang, but it would be nice if some tool in a rental car thought about someone else.

My last car was a 11 v6 and it was a rental car. I traded it for a 2012 manual, everything was fine with that car. I just regret getting an automatic. But if you are planning to drive that car for a few years, it is ok. Otherwise, don't. Because rental car doesn't worth a lot in dealers eyes.
