Installed new grill

Today I took the morning to install my new grill that I purchased from a fellow member on this forum. Received everything without a scratch. Install went pretty smooth and looks so good!!!

What's the difference? You still have a pony on it. First pony to big to wash?

You serious? One is a ugly honey comb grille the other is a sexy billet grille. Open your eyes brother!

Yea I cut almost all of it out. Just left the sides that were solid. I sanded down what was left of the honeycomb. Took about an hour to do the top just to make it clean. And bottom took like 10min or so.

And no problems with the screws being able to grab hold? Mine has been waiting for me to get home for the past 8 months. Only a couple more weeks to go thank god!

Looks good! I love my factory 'honeycomb' grille. On my last car (not a Mustang) i installed a 'honeycomb' grille on it. I was happy my Mustang had the 'honeycomb' grille from the factory. just saying.......

Hey Motto

I love the look of your new grill,

This is one of the reasons I fell in "LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT" with my 2012 MCA. The grill just looked great to me. I know you just gotta love the look of yours. The bottom grill on your car also adds great looks.

Absolutely no issues with that. Only problem was the upper grill has 3 screws. And the middle one is far to long and sticks into the center grill brackets... So I took it out and only used the side two. If I ever notice it getting loose I will buy new ones and use self locking nuts with check nuts behind it...but so far looks really solid and everyone has been loving the grill...really put a new more aggressive look to my stang!!!

Depending where you live it might be a legality issue. Especially if someone rear ended you it could become an insurance issue also.
