Lethal performance, late model restoration, summit racing there's plenty if places search on google for mustang parts and you'll find a lot of sites.

I got the kit with mine, even though my car was only a year old. I'd rather have all the parts wear together, not have some slightly more worn than other parts. I just really, really didn't want whining gears, or any other problem down the road. (Or off road, on track.)

Had my dealer do the entire install/rebuild for me, but they were very experienced with it because they seem to do this a lot for GT owners. Mine was the first recent-model V6 Mustang they did.

How much did the dealer charge ? I am thinking of doing the same thing to my 2014.

I don't recall the final bill. It wasn't cheap. I do know the hourly rate they charged and that is $89.90. It took them a several hours and I know there was some cost for disposal of the fluid in the differential, plus some cost for refilling the fluid. Three or four hours? I don't know. I was oggling the 68 Mustang they had in the back showroom that had been tricked out with a 720 HP engine, beautiful orange and black paint, and papers showing the background findings by Barrett-Jackson. I guess they got it from them. Think they are a fancy auction company. Still, cool.

All I know is it was beautiful, and then my gears were done.

PS - I got pics, but that has nothing to do with V6s or gears.
