Sun visor replacement on 2012 V6 Convertible

Hey guys,

I need to replace the illuminated visors on my Vert. I'd prefer not to splice wires, and was told that you can essentially plug in a new visor. Yet when I pulled the wires down from up in the headliner, that plastic connector covering the wires doesn't seem to want to come apart at all in order to disconnect the old visors. I'm afraid if I pull it apart any harder that I'll rip the wires apart. Anyone had any luck with this? Or was I misinformed about this being a simple plug-in project? I've seen others post pictures of this online and everyone has seemed to indicate that it should be fairly simple.

Thanks in advance,
Matt

Never mind, I finally got the AMP connector apart. I'd delete the post if I knew how.
