That's the first time I ever heard of a new car that doesn't come with a spare tire. The second photo was to show it was 17" but didn't turn out. Is there a spot under the carpet in the trunk for a spare?

Yeah there is but the put a big foam piece in there with the inflator. I just googled it and there were quite a few threads on this subject on different boards. Looks like ford went to the inflator in 08 with the spare as an option and made the spare standard issue for the 13 model year

He didn't know and was to lazy to get you someone that does know how to use it to answer your question. It's in the manual and from what I remember its pretty straight forward to use

I love seeing my name in random threads & MGW is the best. Best mod bar none, not saying Barton is bad, BC anything other than stock is an improvement but the MGW is superior to them all.

Thanks. Completed at 9:30 pm..... The task went slow because I had to rearrange my jack stands. Spent the first hour trying to avoid it. For those attempting to do the install at home with no lift. Make sure you have enough jacks and jack stands. I had to work with a mid dim size and SUV style jack to work around damaging the car in order to place the jack stands. Reversing the task was equally time consuming.

All in all the install was good. Mather video was an excellent help. McCants imagine doing the install without the video.

I got one think part that has me a bit confused though. I have a single holed rubber bushing that says smithing about interior ....

I am too tired to go get the peace but it was not apart of the video as I recall. I am wondering what it is for. I understand the race bushing but the other piece confuses the hell out of me. Any thoughts on this?

The compressor pumps temporary spare tire sealer fluid into the tire. It saves on the car's weight but make sure you order a replacement canister if you use the one you have.

Thanks! It's running fine. I love it more and more each day. I may have to do sime adjustments; i I am trying to wait on my knob to arrive before I got back in the console. I would have to move the rubber boot. If the 1-2 shifting remains the same after the breaking period, I will make some adjustments. Once all are completed, I will make the final boot confirmation by taking off the undercarriage plate.
