This would be like installing the Roush axle backs.

Assuming the OP wants to keep his neighbors happy, and the cops attention at a minimum, I'd consider at the very least using axleback mufflers.

Not even bucko have u heard a stock 3.7 with muffler deletes? Its not as loud as roush. My buddy has it. I would've never guessed how tame the sound was but I guess the stock catts are really restrictive

Gotta agree that the roush are probably louder than a straight pipe.

I've had both on my car. The roush seemed louder. The straight pipe was not to bad idling ,revving in neutral, and low rpms like under 2k. but IMO I thought it sounded like total **** past that and the raspy fart cannon sound made me embarrassed to drive my car. My girlfriend even talked **** to me about the sound

Now she loves how my car sounds though

I am very happy with my ford racing axle backs. They definitely add volume but not overly bearing to upset the neighbors. It has a good tone to it. I would highly recommend them. I also have a 2014.

Yea fully stock exhaust. Just cut off the mufflers and put piping in place. I thought it sounded bad haha I guess sound is just a personal thing?
It's also why you probably don't mind the rasp of the long tubes.

I'm going to go with GT500 axlebacks. Look on YouTube. You will find a million different set up ideas and sound bites to go along with them.

I have hardly any rasp lol I have giant resonators and pypes which are giant resonators themselves so I have double the resonator haha

If a straight pipe is quieter that the Roush, then it proves what I've been saying all along about the round, so called muffler they have on them; useless as those things on a warthog.

If you want crazy loud headers and x pipe and any axle back you want. I have pypes and stock everything else and I love it and its pretty loud. Its all personal preference though

I'd agree with clampheir. Throw some headers on and an x pipe with no mufflers or straight pipes and it will be loud.

Currently driving with no mufflers. Its pretty dam loud and the back firing will deff have some peoples eyes wide open.

Everyone always asks what all I have done and its just axle backs and I always get compliments. I love my pypes and they are half the price of all the other exhausts.

My setup is extremely loud after installing the lethal h pipe. From the inside it rasps and sounds insane but from the outside it actually has very little rasp and sounds like a gtr pretty much hahaha

That's what I've heard about mine. Before I had the headers and x pipe with cats but it was loud and pretty raspy...
