BBK Varitune mufflers on 2013 V6

Hi Everyone,
I have an idea to try these new mufflers on my mustang, which happens to be a 2013 mustang 3.7. My question is, has anyone else done this, and if so how does it sound?

I currently am running a custom straight pipe setup that a local garage made for me using some silvertone resonator tips.

Anywho, anyones input (Especially AM's) would be helpful.

I think you'll really like the BBK Varitune Axle-back. I've personally played with the adjustments and driven our 2014 GT with this muffler installed, it's really cool. You can literally go from mild to wild with the turn of a wrench. I've changed the exhaust on my 2011 GT 3 times since owning it. I've went from a muffler delete, to a chambered muffler, to something in between. We're always wanting something "different" and the Varitune makes that possible on a cheap budget!

You're probably experiencing some drone and some rasp with your current straight pipe set up, you won't have that problem with the Varitune!

I hope this helps. I look forward to some customer reviews. Hit me up if you have any questions or need some assistance in the near future!

We have a quick install/overview of this item installed on our 2014 GT.

-Dan

Thanks Dan that's good news, and actually my car currently sounds like a pure pedigree trans am car haha

Would it be possible for you guys to put them on your six? I don't mind being a test rat but I just worry I may not like it haha.

Absolutely! We're going to be doing some testing with the VariTune on the sixxer shortly. I'll definitely post up some clips when we do!

I was looking at these Mufflers and was wondering
about the build quality... I like the idea of making this basically
a straight pipe set up by adjusting the screw..
Question is how likely is this to get stuck open or shut after a couple years..
If you find a setting you like and don't adjust it for a long period of time, will
it be a pain or possibly break when u finally do?

Must not going to make them for our v6's . They don't list them for our v6's on the BBK web site

BBK Varitune mufflers on 2013 V6

You can piece them together and have a shop weld them but they don't have a bolt on option. I actually looked into them myself.
