Sad to hear about Ford doing that to automatic 13 and 14 Mustangs. I'm happy to say i can burn the tires until they are 'no more' on my 11

Call Bama back and have them set up the tune again. If they don't set it up to override the torque management then you can't do a burnout. On my street tunes from Bama the torque management still is working but on the race tune it is disabled.

We can definitely turn off the torque management system within the tune, this will allow you to go over 2k RPM when power breaking the car. Just give the Bama team a call and let them know, we'll get you squared away quickly!

Dan, would it be possible for BAMA to provide a comprehensive list of options for customers? The questions asked don't cover those types of things. Forgive me if I have overlooked it, but the tune descriptions don't either.

I would be more inclined to use the tuner again if I REALLY knew what I was getting in a tune and what my options are. The hybrid tune and now, torque management have all been identified through fumbling around on the internet and on these forums.

I really hate to say it, but this why I returned to stock and started looking elsewhere for tunes. I have no idea other than those questions answered on an order and files named, 89/91 something that I received. There's no real expectation of what the outcome should be.

Thank you in advance.

Yes, two ways are to either use Boot Camp or a virtualization software to run Windows (i.e. VMWare Fusion or Parallel's Desktop, Google/YouTube them). On my MacBook Pro I use Boot Camp to run Windows 7 and uploading tunes to my tuner works fine.

Hey guys,

Yes we can definitely work on something this for you. I will work with the Bama team to create something more than just the tune information sheet so you know exactly what's going into your tune. We also have no problem telling you this information via phone or email.

Feel free to hit up the Bama team whenever you get a chance and we'll provide you with all of the information you'd like! Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764 and they'll get you squared away!

^ This is correct. I use Boot Camp on my MacBook as well and the transferring of tunes works pretty well.

Dan;

Think about this for just one minute: You will completely blow your tuner competition away with a comprehensive "get it right the first time" check list form when ordering tunes from Bama. It's the one thing that's been holding me back from getting a tuner and tunes from Bama (and anyone else's tune for that matter). That and the threads about miscommunication between Bama and the customer. It is so easy to create an interactive form these days that there's almost no excuse - can't believe it's not there now considering how well AM's website is put together. The form that's there now is close, but no cigar. And here's the money shot, the Techs at Bama will find it easier to do their work on the tunes as well. That just equates to better business, happy customers, and Mo' Money! Just my 2 cents

Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate it! I couldn't agree more, all of your points are valid and we definitely need to come up with something.

I'm going to work with our Bama tuning Manager and see what we can come up with you! Please shoot me a PM with your contact information in it, maybe I can bounce some ideas off you before we release a new tune info update.

My pleasure Dan. AM has the best website to navigate to what you need immediatly, the best competitive prices that will match the competition, and killer customer service. I always shop around, but ultimately end up purchasing with AM simply because they're the best at what they do. Kind of a one stop shopping experience with complete confidence. So please don't let that funky-*** tune form be your "Achilles heel". The hard part about using the "Get it right the first time" concept for the Bama Tunes is, you actually have to get it right the first time more often than not. Is AM up for that kind of commitment to kill the competition? We shall see. Be talkin' at ya soon
