O.K., I'll bite....what's a "3.7 Mustang 2Step"?

I've been away from the country bars, so if this is a new floor dance, my applogies.

It's essentially launch control.

Not for the v6, but this is what he is talking about.

2steps can be a lot of fun! Especially if you're using it at the track with a set of slicks bolted up. It's the most consistent way to launch a manual car and equate constant ET results.

If you've already purchased a Bama tuner, the Bama Team can provide you a 2step within the tune on 11+ Mustangs. All you need to do is request a 2step in the notes section of our Bama Tune Request form and note the RPM you wish to use!

Hope any of this helps!

Never heard of this before. Does a "2 Step" cause that ridiculous "Bang! Bang!"? I definitely like that better than the horn with some of the dumb@## drivers in my area lol

I don't know if I could call it a "Bang! Bang!" since that SRT4 was a little out of the ordinary, to say the least. 2steps on a Mustang sounds similar to hitting the rev limiter, just at a lower rpm.

Also, to engage the 2step, you just need to have the clutch pedal to the floor and other foot on the gas. The tune does the rest!
