Need recommendations for deep sounding exhaust

Im thinking about changing the exhaust on my v6 and Ive watched a ton of videos on exhausts but the videos dont do the sound of the exhaust any justice. Ive been looking for a deep sounding exhaust like a GT. Im aware that i wont get that unique rumble that only a GT can get but id want to get something that sounds mean, deep and agressive. Any recommendations?

The only way to make it sound like a GT is to add 2 cylinders. However you can make it sound nice a deep for a V6

another vote for Borla here

Another vote for borla. Get borla s with shorty headers and CAI. Can't get any better if you want it deep, with a mean grumble and zero drone.

Looks like I'm going to be going the Borla S route instead of my Pypes as well. Tired of the crappy fitment and awful sound between 2.5-3.5k rpm.

I have the Roush axle-backs and they are too loud, the only thing great about them is the popping noises it makes. I've heard a borla exhaust in person and it sounds a lot better, so do flowmasters.

I have Pypes pype bomb and BBK shorty headers. I loved the pypes by themselves, but with the headers...Its amazing. The shorties get rid of that mid-high range rpm rasp that we all hate. I can't vouch for Borlas becuase I've never heard them in person, however the S-types with shorty headers sound great on Youtube. Just depends on your budget i guess.

I had my dealer install Ford Racing Sports, they came with a Borla hat and are Stingers with nice ford racing logo on the fatter pipe tips. Dealer installed so no fitment issues and if I hear a sound in the rear, cant be told its from an aftermarket exhaust sound, not a bushing or something.

borla stingers are the best sounding, most nasty exhaust for any mustang.

GT500 + BBK ceramic shorties

Here is another great combo: BBK ceramic shorties + FRPP xpipe + GT500 muffs
some in car clips down the roads in Florida. (automatic)

I'm a fan of the quad GT500 muffler. It's not as loud as the atak's of course, but it's got a nice throaty sound on a V6.

Here's a link to a thread on this site of a guy who put them on, he has sound clips as well: 13' GT500 quad exhaust on 13' V6?

This process is a bit pricer since there will be some welding involved due to the difference in tube diameter as well as a new rear valence, but I personally think it's worth it if you want a bit of a low key exhaust mod that also gives the car a nice appearance upgrade at the same time.

The quads look nice, but the single tips are deeper in tone

LOL, didn't know someone on here had the same idea. Me and my buddy both got new white cars over the summer (his is a WRX) and we both liked the white with black accent look. "Storm Trooper" just seemed to fit.
