I believe it's a base compustar 2 way one ... It's 429 on futureshop sight... Have a buddy that works there ... Curious to see what's out there because ford dealership is ridiculous for prices... Want to know how difficult it is to add parts too since futureshop won't install a tilt sensor

http://m.bestbuy.com/m/e/search/sear...archresultsdiv Look at some of those vipers, I have a viper in my car and it works fine. And those prices you see are with Install. Idk if you have any best buys near you but you could have then install it but if not just buy the system and install your self or w.e your plans are, and those are all 2 way with keyless/security And remote start.

Oooo alright, the compustars and viper are both both good systems, the price just seemed high to me for the comp so that's the only reason I recommend looking else where, there is also avital they are decent but far from the best bit cheaper

Make sure to get some good photos, like when you leave the car in gear and try to start it. LOTS of Pictures = LOTS of Good Laughs.

I know right.... Reason for the start is I'm using it through the winter... Other day windows were frozen shut and wouldn't go down that inch when initially opening the door... That would translate to warn out door seals come end of winter .... Solution ... That doesn't involve buying a beater car .... Remote start to warm them up

Yea that's all good to go. I'm not happy with needing to get one but I also would be less happy with needing to purchase new seals after winter.

Folks, I think the OP gets the warnings with remote starts and manual transmissions. Lets let up on that and help him out with his original question.
