It puts your in your seat for sure. We are estimating high 400s hp and low 500s tq or that's what we are figuring compared to the stuff we were racing

It was cool getting to meet you guys and see the car run in person. This is for sure worth the money from everything I've seen.

Be careful with those glowshift gauges, my friends and I have had bad experiences with these.
I'd go with a prosport gauge, cheap and pretty solid quality.

I probably missed it some where in the thread but who is tuning the turbo kit and are you going to include a base tune with the kit?

Also at some point in time will you have full kits ready to ship or are these kits build to order only?

We are tuning the kit as well. We can only tune Diablo or do hp tuners. But if you have sct we could probably help you get one to at least get somewhere to get it tuned.

We will have kits ready the only thing is the turbo takes time because those are built to order, we told him to keep some ready but we will see. If we get enough orders I'm sure he will

Way more than the mustang, which is why I'm confused. I could maybe see it beating a stock c7 but not procharged.

The c7 was making around 590 to the wheels. It's procharged for sure 1320 has multiple videos and Mexico racing league has videos as well. The car is moving out. There is also some videos on Facebook of it beating 600+ nitrous ls cars under killer 6.

If that vette is making 590 to the wheels and you're estimating high 400's to the wheels with the turbo setup on the mustang.. how did it win? Was the vette guy not really trying or something?

So not only are you producing a turbo kit, your basically helping bring hptuners to market for the 3.7 Mustangs also, nice.

I also like the fact you have a 13', are your using the stock automatic trans and 3.31 gears?

Damn...looking good. It seems like he (c7) would have got you in the long run but still your car is killer man. I'm still wanting to see some hard numbers before I commit and I'm researching to see different exhaust setups I could do to keep my car sounding the way it is now with the deep rumble.

Best part about turbos, at least in the Grand Prix community, is it got rid of the rasp in the exhaust note. I'm quite curious about that for our cars too.

Exactly we helped them with the coyotes too. Mine was the first 3.7 to get unlocked. Yes completely stock Trans right now and I have 3.55s. I was pulling harder up top I was adding car lengths on him every gear. It sounds awesome driving around everyone always says it doesn't sound like a v6 it's just when the waste gates open gets a little raspy. It's basically a muffler. Yes I do look up fear2163 there is two on there

I call shenanigans.

Judging from this video -

According to that video, you ran around a 13 second 1/4, likely mid 12's. Launch is at 25 seconds, passed through the traps at 38 seconds, thus a mid 12, at likely 115 - 118 mph.

Here is that race from a different perspective, you can hear the vette having traction issues off the line, then it's balls out the whole way down -

If that vette were truly putting down around 590 whp, it should have ran down that Mustang easily. However, from the video, that is obviously not the case. Which means one of three things are possible.

1. The Mustang is pulling like a mofo, most unlikely considering it's a 12 second car and highly unlikely it's trapping at 130+.

2. The vette driver lied about mods and you raced a stock C7. Most believable scenario as prochargers are known to whistle at idle and as you pulled ahead, you should have been able to hear it, which you can't. Also, considering he had traction from 2nd gear on, if that car were procharged, the Mustang would have been thoroughly raped.

3. The vette driver sandbagged the run.

The other issue I have is that no numbers of this Mustang have been put out. Why not show everyone your progress? To me, that looks more professional than making claims of taking out a procharged C7, when it is obvious to anyone who has been around cars that it's totally false.

The car seems to be fairly quick. Why not let the numbers speak for themselves with the knowledge that this is still a work in progress and that the numbers will only get better as the tune is tweaked and the boost goes up?

Being up front and honest about things seems like a better business practice than being devious about the real numbers.

There is no way you beat a procharged C7.

He would have ran you down the back half and no way you are trapping in the high 120's.

I agree with ISH and if this vette was truly procharged a simple flip of the hood would help. Also why not post the slips from that day. Like ISH said by just looking at the elapsed time of the video, it gives us a general idea of what you ran.

Guys you have to remember this is at the track also. Where the higher hp does not always win. Alot of things come into play, at the track. Suspension, tires etc. Also stang killers car ( the c7 ) is built to be a roll car.

I will tell you right now limitless performance is a bad *** shop.
( me and the owner Justin may not see eye to eye on stuff ) but they know there ****. He has also built a verry good friend of mines 5.0 from the ground up, also his old lightning.

That's true but that vette shouldn't have been getting pulled on after 2nd gear, and it clearly was falling behind.

I know the difference between a fast roll car and a fast strip car. That vette was planted after 2nd gear, even lightly modded it should have started catching up to that mustang let alone with forced induction.
