It would make a difference in midrange but not peak power. Throttle body's really only do throttle response difference doesn't really make any power also low end wouldn't affect peak power

Ported manifolds make it more efficient with boost not necessarily make power. The motor can only have so many liters of air in it at once

Dude dubaighost you need to take that link down. No street racing discussions allowed. The admins will delete the whole thread. We have already shared that video yesterday, that's what everyone's talking about if you scroll up.

As for preconceived... you are actually making some preconceived judgements yourself... the kit might not suck on Connor's car... but we all know that there can be some big variations from car to car... what happens when the easy 3 hour install turns into a week long project because things are slightly different... or requires some fabrication? Until some independent shops actually try to install the kit, how can you know whether it sucks or not...

I'm taking a week off just for it. From what Hasan told me, it was an 8 hour process. Not 3. Where y'all come up with that, not too sure. Hasan's car is even different than mine performance wise. He's only got a different gear ratio than me yet is far more responsive. As pointed also, he was on radials or a tire besides street tires and a converter. We will see. Everyone will see.

I'm not trying to knock him, I'm just saying where people are pulling this from. In another post earlier than 3/22 that Jubi just quoted clamphier said 2.5-3 hrs, then later he reduced it to 45-60 minutes.

With so much circus drama involved at this point it is truly in LPF's best interest to get on a plane and ensure this install goes perfectly. Another round of multiple forum and Facebook bashing and I don't care how good the kit is you will never get the reputation back.
Walk them through the the install and assure it's all perfect. You'll make your money back from that plane ticket 10 fold.

2.5 to 3 is more realistic. I must have been talking about something else when I said 45. Us flying there wouldn't do anything we have install pictures and tips and hints but it really isn't that difficult it's not many pieces and we made it about as simple as you can make it. Hassan and white lightning seen to have some automotive knowledge so they should be ok if not they have my phone number and they will have a ton of pictures

You don't understand. You should be treating this like it's your baby. Taking a big step to make sure it's a perfect and shinny as can be. Leave absolutely nothing to chance. If there is even a bit of a hiccup in the install it's gonna be a field day for bashing. The ticket is very cheap insurance.

There's not going to be a hiccup it will be fine. If something was to happen I would take care of it but there's enough space and adjustability it will work fine

Was wondering if you had any pics of the crossover pipe and exh setup underneath? Just curiosity really, don't go crazy to get them if you don't have them already.

That's the cross pipe then the exhaust goes down the left side like it regularly would with the drivers side manifold

From the pictures of the kit, it looks so easy to install. I could see anyone with any mechanical knowledge of our Mustangs being able to install it in about 3-4 hrs.
I like the kit but I'll be honest with you I'm not going to wait over a month (let alone 3 months) to have the entire kit in my hands if I pay all the money up front.

Like I said we were using his to use the jig and make all that stuff now we are good and have a few made so all you would really have to wait on is the turbo. We also do payments or deposits. Hassan was just the first and we were making sure we could make it all work and easy to reproduce

Hopefully he'll have something next monday, if not, it'll be the one after that.

As far as the kit itself (I'll make a thread soon)
It looks badass!
It looks pretty straightforward and should be an easy install!
Ups effed up one the boxes, so the black paint got damaged (powdercoating is good though)
So I'm going to repaint them soon.
