I was on Houston imports reading a twin turbo thread that started long time ago back in 2014. It's by JMPerformance; looking at the posts, it seems LPF is not the only one on verge of fabricating a new 3.7 turbo kit.

Oh and I found this lol :

Obvious engineering defincies of LPF kit? Idk.

Alrefire, can you please confirm these claims since you already have the kit? -location of crossover pipe, and over all fitment of all the parts the general.

Bazinga11 I read that today. It's a neat thread. I seem to remember him saying him and LPF are supposed to race when they get dialed in.

Yep yep that's what I read. Seems like the FI competition is finally heating up for our 3.7s!

Connor, how about you settle this once and for all.

Record your speedometer inside your car so everyone can see how fast this car is. No excuses, no BS.

It's obvious the car makes good power.

It's strange that you and your shop can't find time to make it to the track (proper video) or dyno but you seem to have plenty of time to do pulls with various cars. Just record the speedometer and post that video here. Or just do a 30 - 130, 40 - 140, 50 - 150, etc.. roll and show us what this car really has.

I think that would silence damn near everyone and likely sell a few kits as well.

Assuming of course you have the testicular fortitude to back up these claims and videos...

If you or LPF dodge this simple request like you have with all the others, I have no idea how that place could ever stay in business.

Agreed... all the effort to find these street races and can't make the effort to go to a local test and tune? I mean he's been to the track before so why not again with a camcorder in the stands? Such a very simple request...

In that video of the vette with the procharger there was a car in front of the vette. Why don't you say that's why you walked him because he was peddling, because I car was in front of him. Conner, you continue to not help out your own effort.

You possibly could have a home run product but continue to cast a very dubious shadow.

A dyno run and a 1/4 run on tape will do more for you than any street racing you have posted.

What's gonna happen when your customers can't beat 650-700 hp cars?

Good stuff man, thanks. Car definitely rolls out.

I noticed your AFR was at 10.0 or very close to it. Have you guys done any testing on 91/93 or has it mostly been on E85?

Also, I noticed the intake temps make a huge jump once boost is built. What IAT temps are you guys getting under normal driving and then when racing?

Right now we are just running e85 but we aren't running anymore timing than we would with 93 so it's not beneficial. The first videos were on 93 then starting with the c7 we were on 93.

Driving around when it's hot normal driving it is about a degree 2 degrees hotter than the temperature outside. Full throttle definitely gets hotter but then once you cruise cools off

Because test and tune is once a week and the car was apart for two weeks. Our street stuff is every night of the week and I can run as much as I want. Also working on finding a track that doesn't make you have a cage if you are under 11.5 all the local ones do.

That's not what I think those guys meant by engineering deficiencies. In fact, if you look at what they are saying, they are specifically saying it's NOT just about fitment. They are claiming that LPF is just trying to make it fit and not properly considering engineering fundamentals (science, technical stuff) for how to optimize the design of the kit. The example they give is that the exhaust changes direction 3 times through the crossover pipe (they claim). There's a lot more to building engines than routing pipes. Those nerdy guys in Michigan aren't just on facebook in their cubicles all day.

Now, we on this forum really have no way of judging things like this without seeing it up close. I wouldn't jump to any conclusions because these guys (who are probably competitors of LPF) are bashing their kit. Can't wait to see the results of Alrefire's setup. And next time I'm in Houston I'm definitely going to stop by.

Well, the car is back together now.. go to the track you haven't run before... make a hero pass and call it a day....

Also, why not dyno it now that the car is back together.... no cage requirements there...

Also, when you are WOT, how high do the IATs go over ambient? "Hotter" really doesn't mean much...

So it is not pulling any timing making over 500hp?

All the tuning is done on the street?

Man that is great.

So how many pounds were you at when you raced the boss and the TT Camaro?

Yea that's because the turbo is hot air and it was because I hit a dip so the back end of the car lifted up a little bit so it was spinning not on the street that's why it went away. Whatever it was on the camera
