Read through alrefires thread and learn about them turbos get an "unsafe" rep for no real reason, because people spread mis info.

That 1/8 mile trap speed is impressive... the 1/4 mile trap isn't.

He needs to crank up the boost and spray it. That car leaves very well, just needs more power on the back half.

Well, the turbo CAN be unsafe because it can be adjusted. A supercharger does what it does. Just like anything else in the world, with control comes responsibility....when one has to just turn a screw for more boost...well, sometimes sensibility is left in the tire smoke lol

I use a lower and upper grille block to avoid air getting in there, but I also have spacing at the transmission where air can get out, mostly hot air. Also, one can make slots in the UB so air can pass through. My last model wasn't sealed to the body, while this one is.

This was only at 15 psi. 600hp.
So it's impressive for a v6.

I don't really care if it's a 3.7 v6 or a John Deere zero turn lawn mower, for the power level that car was at on that pass, it should have gained more than 15 MPH on the back half. It could be gearing or something else, not sure.

Regardless, 109 MPH in the 1/8 is very, very fast. 124 in the 1/4 .. not so much.

He needs to do a run on full boost and nitrous.

I asked him about it. His blowoff valve was messing up and he wasn't boosting on the back half
