Cool Exhausts For 2014 Mustang V6

What's sup everyone! I am in the market looking for an exhaust upgrade. I am mulling options after weeks of research and have it down to four options:

Rousch Axelback
Flow master Outlaw series (if made for v6)
Manga flow Competition Catback
Manga flow Street Catback

I am looking to add a loud aggressive tone to my mustang. I have read about drone occurring with the flow master outlaw series which has me on the fence. I was wondering what opinions and/or mods that some of you have done to help me get closer to my decision. I have used YouTube and other websites that have sound clips to aid me in research. Look forward to the help!!

If your just trying to be loud I would say Roush. I currently have bassanis and I love them because they make the v6 sound really deep.

Yea im looking for a deep/loud tone to it. Something that is better than factory. Something that turns heads when necessary but no drone if that makes sense! What style of bassanis?

It's just their axle back setup. Got it from Americanmuscle. I know there are a couple others on here that have it and like the deep tone it puts out.

When you got yours what options were you mulling over? Alot of people have been telling me to get a catback over an axleback but really im not worried about HP gains and so forth. Just want a deeper tone to the car. Friends have mentioned magnaflow competition as a great option but looking at the vids it was not as deep as I wanted it to be.

I looked at the bassanis as well as magnaflow street and ford racing axle backs. Overall I felt the bassanis sounded best especially during downshifts.

Exhausts For 2014 Mustang V6

When I was shopping for exhausts I was choosing between:

MAC
Roush
Bassani
Borla

Went with Bassani. Don't regret it. The 3.7 sounds so deep now. And the best part of them, for me, is that they aren't obnoxiously loud. If you are just cruising down the road, they aren't loud at all. But when you stomp on it, it'll make people walking by jump if they don't see you coming. Haha at WOT, the Bassani's sound a lot like what I'd imagine Heaven's soundtrack to sound like.

Haha nice! I appreciate the feedback. Ill do some research on the bassanis. Does anyone here have the rousch axelback exhaust. If so do you like it? Is it what you were expecting. Also wonder if anyone here has the magnaflow comp set up!

I have the Roush AB installed on my 2014 V6 and it is really LOUD. I didn't expect it to be this loud, but the thing is it's only loud when you step on it, when you're cruising around town they're not loud at all. I really enjoy the Roush exhaust though, if you want to hear a clip of it just PM me and can send you a clip. Most of the clips on YouTube don't really do it justice.

Without a doubt the Roush is going to be the loudest. I myself went with the pypes-pype bombs because of cost reasons, and I love them. I plan on eventually finishing up with some header, high flow cats, and resonators. Sounds so amazing.

Thanks for the feedback. I went ahead and purchased the magnaflow competition series. Could not be happier with my choice. It is definitely the sound that I was looking for.

Good luck with your Magnaflows! sorry I didn't see your question earlier. Bassani only builds one axle back for the V6. I think they're just called Bassani Axlebacks. lol no series name or anything.
