Bumper

On the bottom of my bumper there's this rubber thing and on one side it's coming off so it flaps when idrive. How do ifix it?

I wish I could help, but there isn't much info to go off of. How about a pic so we can get a better idea of what you're talking about. You didn't even say front or rear bumper.

Or, use a small black screw and re-attach it at the end.

Ford called mine the windage tray. I broke it (and more) hitting a hunk or retread. It is the width of the car and cost me $100+ If that is all the damage I would just cut that piece off and hope it doesn't get worse.

I would either buy a new plastic clip from your local Ford Dealer to hold it back on. Or to make things more simple, drill a very small hole in the end and run a zip-tie through it and secure it IN position. The last thing you want to do is cut it or tuck it away. It's there for a reason!
