I bet its the vent on top of the axle (forgot which side its on). I think there is a TSB on some of the build dates for the 2011's. Even if its not under warranty it only cost a few dollars and you can change the vent yourself

That's what I was thinking but usually people say rear axle is leaking, could be the gasket that is in the diff cover, if your still under 60k/ 5 year powertrain warranty you would be covered, if not it is not at all hard to do it yourself, it could also be the pinion seal, which takes more skill to replace

Can you identify the source of the leak? If it's the cover seal (rare for the late models), you should be able to see the weeping around the cover.

If it's the vent valve, it's located at the top of the axle, at the drivers side. You'll want to jack the car up in the back to make locating this valve easier. It may be easy to see an oil trail along the axle tubes right below the axle vent valve.

Here's what the fix (TSB) looks like (picture on left shows the "turkey baster" replacing the axle vent valve; the picture at right shows this same part installed on the Ford Racing cover instead of the axle (a bolt seals the axle valve hole if the Ford racing cover is used)).

It's probably the vent. Mine was gushing oil like a steroid race horse on race day. The part was $5 at my dealer and we did it ourselves having a lift in the garage. The dealer wanted $60 for it. It still leaks, but it's just a smidge now.
