Thumbs up 2011 V6 Convertable Pony Package Lighting

Hi All

I think there is some posting on this topic already so I apologize in advance if redundant.

I have a black V6 Convertible, Pony Package, I am interested in more aggressive head lights and fog lights.

Q1: How do I determine if I am already equips for HID Lighting
Q2: If I want to change the look to a GT/Eleanor Grill with lights, I understand I need to change the bumper and grill, where is the recommended place to get a painted bumper and grill?
Q3: Recommendations for lighting? I am looking at some of the lights offered by Pro Tuning Labs and Raxiom from American Muscle

Thanks for your thoughts

Q1: If you don't currently have HID lights, you aren't equipped for them ($$$ BTW for stock parts)
Q2: new take off . com used to be a good place for the bumpers but I'm not sure anymore.

If you have HIDs I just replaced my bulbs with 8000k bulbs...the fog lights were just h11 halogens and I swapped them for a HID kit with ballasts. If your headlights arnt you can do the same with them with not much effort...Click image for larger version

I don't have the fog light. Can I just use the kit or I have to buy something else?

If you do not have stock foglights you would need to buy a housing kit, Raxiom makes kits that americanmuscle.com sells for $399.99 then I have the HID kit with 8000k temp bulbs to match the headlights. Mine came with the foglights from the dealer but if yours doesn't you would need that. It is a direct bolt on with all the switches and harnesses so it would look stock afterwards. Glad to help. I almost made that journey many times if not for getting a new grille and then a 2013, for which I bought a take off GT grille.
