BBK Throttle Body

I have a problem you guys. I bought a BBK Throttle Body for my 2013 v6 mustang and I paired it with a Airaid intake. I did the installation correct but I forgot to disconnect my negative from my battery and now, my rpm's fluctuate when I let my car idle. The fluctuation is not a lot but I it's there and very clear. I called BBK

And they told me there was a certain procedure on how to reset the idling on your mustang. Does anybody know this procedure? Keep in mind I already disconnected my negative from my battery, turned it on, and still, it fluctuates. Any ideas?

Reading on the google machine, the process is in the owners manual. Of note, I did read that a leak post mass air flow sensor could be causing the wonky idle. Best of luck.

Comment from another site.
"The procedure is in your owners manual. It basically consists of starting the car and letting it idle for a while, then cruise around normally for 10 minutes or so. I was told to do this every time I loaded a new tune. "
