Well this kind of thing is really all personal opinion. And it also depends on how much you are willing to spend.

You could go with new wheels, a spoiler(can't tell if you have on in your sig pic), blacking out the lights, new grilles, etc. I know this next one doesn't necessarily change the appearance, but you could always get some aftermarket exhaust. That's one of my favorite things that I've done to mine so far.

Thanks for the advice,Yeah I have a spoiler but I was thinking if getting the gt500 spoiler I would go with an exhaust but I am still under warranty.

You can still get axle back exhaust and your warranty will still be valid...just not on your mufflers.

Yeah I was split between the gt500 spoiler or the GT/CS, I wound up going with the GT/CS. And yeah you can still get axlebacks and it won't be an issue.

I have a 2014 with 3000 miles on it. The dealer said it only voids the warranty if they can directly prove that what u did caused the issue. I have mine tuned, aftermarket Borla cat backs, intake, lowering springs, away bars. I wouldn't worry about it to much. Plus most mods like an intake keep the stock one and swap it back to stock if there's an issue you need to take it in for.

You could go with a cold air setup but in order to really see the potential you need a tune. Tunes are what worry most people because even if something happened and you take the cold air setup out and replace it with the stock one, the dealer will still be able to tell there is or there was a tune.

I suppose you could do that but from what I've heard they can still see that at one point it's been changed. I've also heard that dealers check this kind of stuff when you bring it in for servicing. Just what I've heard.

It's really not that hard..all it is is unscrewing a few things popping out the bumper & them doing the reverse! All u need is some basic hand tools.

Tint your lights-headlights, taillights, 3rd brake light, side markers. It's inexpensive to do and will look good against the white paint.

Nice car. Your louvers appear to be upside down.

Do some research about the warranty as well. A lot of dealers say different things, but nine times out of ten, a tune, cat backs, springs, and/or sway bars will void your warranty.

As far as exterior mods, PP stripe removal, GT500 spoiler, GT front end conversion, and new shoes!

I think side window louvers are the first Mod for appearance. Tinting is a big help too but seems like your are.

As for performance mods others have mentioned it is against the law for them to voiid your warranty because of performance mods. They have to prove the problem under warranty was specifically caused by your mod and warranty still would be good just not for that repair.

One of my fav appearance mods was removing the side rocker panel stripe.

I will back what some said in exhaust/intake should NOT void wtty but a tune MAY. I suggest talking to your dealer as some are more friendly than others but I'll bet none of them will put "a tune is ok" in writing. For those people that toss out the Moss Act quote remember that although a dealer has to prove it caused the problem they can and will withhold wtty work till the court system makes them.....

I woukld definitely do this. NEVER thought those look good. Even if I had enough luck for GT500 I would remove. They are just decals and can be pulled offwith a blow dryer and clean up adhesive is easy

I don't think they are upside down....the other way they don't fit on at all.

Nah bud they are upside down. There supposed to be on opposite sides. The curved part goes on top not bottom

No biggie though man, heat the adhesive up a little, carefully take them off, reapply 3m adhesive, put on right side!

Easy Peasy.

Wait till it's a warm day then carefully with the edge of your thumbnail pick at the leading edge of it. Once you have a bit of it sticking out slowly pull the stripe off. Pull the stripe length wise at a right angle to the car. It is easy when the car has been in the sun. You MAY need to wax afterwards but prob won't have to. Mine were on about two months B4 I did this, I planned on it but wanted to be sure I really didn't like them. Opinion only but it looks much better.

Kinda dumb question here but would taking off the side panel sticker eventually bring down the value of the car???

Cort, removing the stripes will affect the resale value WAY less than time/mileage will. Remember if someone wants them they can buy new ones and in 20 years yours will be faded anyways. I really like the car w/o them but it's an opinion thing just make sure you want them off as you'll have to buy new ones if you change your mind
