Sync phone button issue

Last night when I called my gf on sync it was working perfectly fine but I was going to work to make a phone call it wouldnt turn on. Today is also a very rainy day if that has to do anything with and I dont button smash it. Any thoughts would be greatly helpful thanks.

Sync phone button issue

The weather doesn't affect Bluetooth.

Sync phone button issue

What exactly does it do when you give a call command?

Nothing just won't turn on when I push the button and when I try with my phone didnt come up on the radio screen or on my phone showing sync was turned on

Okay, the first thing I'd do is perform a master reset on SYNC. Go into the options tab and scroll thru til you find Master Reset. After doing this, you'll need to re-connect your phone and download your phone book and all that good stuff that you did the day you bought the car.

If that doesn't work, it is likely that your SYNC f-ed up like mine did. Had to take her into Ford so that they could reinstall the SYNC software. When I took her in, the tech said that Ford has had huge problems with SYNC doing things like what you are explaining.
