Definitely get a tuner next. When I tuned my 4.0 it blew my mind how capable the 4.0 is.

SCT X4. Badass looking tuner. I have Bama and Steeda tunes but I only use my Steeda tune. Both solid tunes. If you truly want the absolute best I'm sure you can research MPT, Lund, AED, (may be a few I'm forgetting) but it'll take longer and more effort to receive them.

X4 just came out and sh*ts on the X3. The X4 is only $20 more, definitely worth it.

Ok thank you. How can I tell if one is better then another? What should I be looking for specifically?

The X4 is the newer tuner, and only $20 more. Will let you data log on the tuner, as well as several other things the X3 couldn't.

2010 4.0L V6 Mod Advice

It all comes down to preference when you get a tuner. The main thing being it transferring tunes to your car. If that is really all you need it for I would suggest going with the most basic cheap one you can. It also has to depend on what kind of computer/laptop you have. Because if you have a Mac, some tuners are not compatible with a Mac computer. American Muscle offers a tuner/gears combo, I personally would go with that. With that you'll get more bang for your buck than any other mod not forced induction and you get free tunes for life

If its your DD go with the bama tunes. Free tunes when you add mods and if you just wanna have fun with the car and nothing serious then that the route to go.

Anybody have and suggestions on what I should get next. I was thinking about a SCT Tuner, LTH, or 3.73 gears. I do a lot o high way driving so the gears might not be the best choice and I don't want to ruin my gas mileage. Any other suggestions?
Go with performance tuner, Long tube headers and 4:10 gears.

A tuner will be my next purchase.
Having more pictures of my pony than my family was a joke bro. But let's be honest here. Car enthusiasts take pictures of their cars and mustang enthusiasts are no exception to the rule. Car enthusiasts love taking pictures of there car. I would suspect 9 out of 10 enthusiasts on these mustang forum sites have at least 5 pictures of there mustang stored on there camera or smart phone.

You claimed that your picture with the 5.0 emblem was old and when asked to post a recent picture of your V6 , you come up with I can't because its in the shop. What a load of bull bro. Ha ha ha. No way you don't have pictures of your ride saved on your cell phone. The truth is, your ride still has those 5.0 emblems on it and you got called out on them. You try to insult peoples intelligence on here with some silly excuse as if we don't see right through it.

By all means, its your ride so put on what ever you like but be prepared to take the verbal beat down for that type of foolishness. Post that in the V8 section and see what happens there.

We all have lives bro and mustangs are peoples hobby and no one is crying here. Its just the ultimate tool bag cardinal sin of mustangs and the funny part is. YOUR NOT FOOLING ANYONE BRO! No way your passing your 4.0 V6 for a 5.0.

I told you the first picture was a old picture. I take them off when it snows out and it just stopped snowing around here.

This thread has been amusing, but as others have stated go with a tuner + exhaust setup.

Personally I love a clean debadged car. Ditch the emblems like what's been said and you'll receive a lot more help.
