Who's got a 2010 4.0?

If you have a 2010 4.0 more power to you man they only made that engine in that model one year which means it's rare if I were you I would hold on to it I saw I guy with an aftermarket intake manifold on one can infer an aftermarket one on my 3.7? And if so where would I get? Also is it hard to name your own intake manifold for your car?

Wos got a 2010 4.0?

As far as the 4.0 being rare, it's not. The 4.0 was in every v6 since 2005. The rest of your post, I don't understand.

Lay off the booze man.

The 4.0 is a relic that nobody wants to remember. Therefore it's value will only be what it's worth in scrap.

You can port the 3.7 manifold if that is what you are asking - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Cyclo...79605112158983

But they only put the 4.0 in the 10-12 year model one year which makes it kinda rare you don't see a whole lot of 10 v6's and I personally like the 4.0 it's not a bad engine it was never purposely meant for performance like the 3.7 more just a fun and cool looking car but the fact that people can still dope them and and make them fast is pretty sick I don't hate on any mustang engine.

You could say the same thing about the '10 GT it had that body style with the black running horse in the grill & 4.6 combination only one year. Rare? yeah. Valuable? Nah. It's like the Mustang II. Nobody really cares about it.

The 4.0L was used in every v6 Mustang from 2005-2010. The 3.7L v6 started being used in 2011 to present. It was also used (4.0L) in a few other Ford products. Its not a rare engine. Just saying.........

It's a little hard to follow what you are saying in the original post up there. I'm not the Internet grammar police, but sadly, we, as humans haven't quite figured out how to decipher booze talk just yet.

Anyway, it's either going to be boom, or bust on the '10 in my opinion. Only time will tell, but I'm not rushing to buy one just yet.

No offense to the 4.0 guys, but that motor was what kept me away from the V6s in the mid 2000s. It was old and under powered.

Dude, you're praising a turd. If you would rather have a 4.0 over a 3.7, you're nuts. V6's aren't anything special, and no one gives two craps about the 4.0. If they're shopping a v6 they'll most likely go with the 3.7 because of the better power, mileage, options, and resale. And when I say resale, it'll only be slightly better cause the resale on v6's are doodoo. Believe me, I just sold mine and basically gave it away.
