2014 gas filler shutoff issue.

Anyone else have the issue that causes the gas filler evaporative sensor to trigger shutting off the pump? 2014 has the cap less design. I had this same issue with my charger and it resulted in a full charcoal canister and a bad float valve. Entire tank had to be replaced. I see that this looked like an issue on the previous model mustang (05). Anyone else seem to have an issue? I only have 4000 miles and never ever top off.

No issue here

I don't have a problem at all with this filler cap. I like it a lot. I stop filling when it clicks full.

Yeah me too until yesterday at the racetrack in deland, don't usually use this station but for whatever reason I could not get a full pump. I'll try other pumps at different stations to test if it's an issue with my car or if it was just the pump.

no prob with mine...I like it but worry about it (old school)

+1 on trying another station to see if it's car or pump.

Follow up, it was the pump. Tried another place and no issue.
