Moved back to the 93 Street Tune from the Hybrid

The Hybrid is a great tune.

It turns a 3.7 into a real muscle car when you floor it.

My problem (?) is that I don't really get to punch it except for the on ramps to the local freeways. I don't race, and the majority of my driving is in city traffic. With the real performance kicking in at 3k, my Hybrid Tune isn't really making sense.

So, I retuned back to the Street 93 Octane Tune. That's no slouch either. The change in shift points is noticeable on the On-Ramps floored, but it still runs great on the surface streets.

I was getting 34-35 MPG on the highway with the Hybrid, and averaging a mixed driving MPG of 20+. I'll be very interested in what the Street Tune gives me.

I know I'd like to know what the Street 93 tune gives you given your city driving. Even with my vehicle with no tune and burning 87 octane, a two lane road passing opportunity gets me to 90 mph before I get around the car I'm passing. It's truly amazing what the 3.7 will do.

Tex.......... I went back to the 93H tune, but even the 87 Street Tune makes a difference. You gotta try it to see the difference. I can't explain it.

Lol I know the feeling.. I been using the race a lot.. And switched to the performance and man there is nothing like race! I haven't gotten the hybrid I will prob request this Friday.. I do a lot of traffic driving but I change gears myself and it works out.. if I leave it in automatic then it gets tough cause the gear changes take a bit and so the car just wants to launch into the car in front lol

I've been running the performance tune lately. It's nice to have that lower end torque. The race is also a great tune but I feel it lacks a little in low end rpms which is mostly what I'm in dd'ing.

Yea I would love the performance tune but my pype bomb axel backs have a lot of drone lol which is why I try to stay below 70.. And mainly do a lot of street driving.. I think ima request a tune for saving gas lol.. Right now I get 24 city and 29 highway (roughly) with my race set up which is pretty dang good

Request an economy tune. I submitted some info for them. Maybe you can be the next test subject
