ID:	158281 I've seen two methods to do the mod,one is to remove the bumper, the other is pull it out, what method for the upper grill do you guys recommend, the lower grill seems less complicated. What type plug/socket connector will work for the LED fog lights , hints welcome

Just installed the upper gt grille on mine yesterday. I pulled the grille out from the front and popped the gt grille right in. I haven't done the bottom yet.

I just did a quick write up on pulling out the v6 grille last week. It is super simple.

Same process as the upper but disconnect the air sensor just behind grille. Tape off area, thread two shop towels through the lower grille and pull on towels. Should pop out on first try.

I just installed my lower grille this morning. If you put your car on ramps and remove the cover that's attached to the bumper cover you can easily remove the upper and lower without the risk of scratching your paint. You will have to remove about 12-15 7mm bolts. This cover allows you to access the back of the bumper cover from the bottom of the car.

Looks like the pull method is the choice here , will like to know on the type of plug/socket connector for the lights in order to make them functional and not to go with a premium price pre made harness >>Click image for larger version

After doing the top grille with the pull method I don't recommend it. The lower cover removal is the best way imo to reach the tabs without removing the bumper cover.
