Did a search on the forum and didn't fine much help. Anyone have pics of side window louvers? I'm leaning towards the Eleanor style but looking for help/advice. Thanks.

Go on Americanmuscle.com. They have customer pictures on the product page and you can see literally almost hundreds of examples on people's cars in every color you can imagine.

These are the OEM louvers that came on the car when I bought it. AM's MMD classic louvers are pretty identical.

First post, thought I could help you out and show off a little.

I am actually thinking of removing them this weekend and painting them black to match the accents already there.

The FP6 appearance package is an option for the 2014 V6. It comes standard with 18" painted black wheels, quarter window louvers, black spoiler, and black painted mirror caps. It's what sold me on getting a mustang. Click image for larger version

Buy both and change them around whenever the mood strikes Or just buy a second mustang and have your choice of louvers for the day without having to change them. Yeah, that 2nd option sounds like your best bet.

If it makes any difference you can still see out of the classic style louvers when checking your blind spots. They also create less drag at higher speeds. The Eleanor style louvers are like mini-parachutes.

I'm just not sure how great the classics would look with the chrome bullits I have. I posted a pic earlier. What do you guys think?

I installed the plain painted window covers instead of louvers. It gives the car more of a fastback look. Love 'em!

Thanks!!! I think I'm going to do it. I was looking at it a bit ago and decided the body colored ones make it look a little plain, I think the black sets it off! Along with the black wheels and black stripes I think it looks great. Did you paint yours black? If so, what did you use?

I had an actual paint shop paint them. Shouldn't cost to much money and you know it will be done right. You could try plasti dip though. And if you don't like it it always peels off!
