help tracking car order

Alright guys, I'm having a bit of trouble. I recently order a Mustang on April 30th. I know the building process is complete, but I'm having trouble finding out when it will be delivered. I've seen on several posts that there is someone who can help track the vehicle and I was wondering if y'all could tell me who it is or how to get in contact with them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There used to be a Ford customer service rep that visited this site some time back, but I have not seen her on here anymore. She would get the information on your order, and provide it to you.

You might want to ask your dealership for a customer service rep that you can call to obtain the information.

Dyesha was her name and I believe she still frequents allfords. You'd need your vin or dealership and order #. Most things that I've seen with dealerships is them "ordering" a car and having no allocations to actually order anything. Seen quite a few people screwed that way.

I was lucky and my order was accepted fast. At a month from order to receiving, I was one of the fastest for the 13MY.

+1 the name is Deysha or Deisha can't remember which and she is on allfordmustangs.com , create an account and send her a message. She is always able to help from what I've seen.

Well I have my Vin and the dealer contacted me about a week ago to let me know they think it should be delievered by the end of the month. I guess I'm just getting anxious and impatient because I haven't been given an actual arrival date
