Severe Rev Changes

So some of you may recall that I suffered from this before. I got a new MAF & things were fine. Today however...
Drastic changes in revs, sometimes it stalls. If I'm on the throttle its fine. Foot off the throttle & this happens. Its not constant, but enough to be a pain in the ***. No check engine light either. Tried to search with my tuner, comes up as no warnings found.
I'm guessing its a trip to the dealer. Got a tune of it btw (Bama Hybrid) Just want to know if any of you can guess what it is & the price range we are talking about.
Thanks in advance

Have you taken it back to Stock and driven it? It could be an issue with the tune. Also try pulling Fuse 47 for 10 minutes and then replacing it. It's for the Adaptive Learning system, I had a somewhat similar issue after tuning. Doing that and making sure the firmware is updated on your tuner is up to date. (Outdated firmware can cause the tune to not apply correctly).

It's been running the tune for over a year. If I updated the tune I can see that being an issue.
Bar the new MAF nothing has changed.

Funny you mention about updating your software because I was having a problem with my tune for like a month couldn't figure out what it was so my tuner suggested I update the sct software and it worked. Car runs better than ever now. Worth a shot op.

So the problem is nothing to do with the tune...
I put it back to stock to drive it to the dealer. On a busy road with no shoulder I lost all throttle. Managed to cruise to an intersection. Engine codes P0122 & P0222. My throttle circuits have gone bad.
Towed to dealership 5 mins before closing. Probably no car till Wednesday. Sucks...

It was the throttle body that went kaput. Though i had a tune & had modified the car, Hagerstown Ford covered it under warranty. That almost made up for two days in a Camry.
