Can anyone from American Muscle clarify this?

I bought tint for my light markers. My question is, after I applied the tint, I noticed a thin plastic on top of it a couple of days after and i peeled it off because it bubbled, both of them. Should that thin plastic be removed or it was a because of poor installation? Product looks good though.

Plastic was on for protecting the vinyl before it was put on. Yes it was meant to be peeled off.

Mine did this as well. Thought I did mine wrong as well. I also peeled all mine off a few days later and looks a lot better. I hope that was what I was suppose to do. Lol

Michael-Sorry to hear about the trouble here but if you would like I'm more than happy to have this replaced free of charge or have a refund set up! Shoot me a PM with your order number and I'll have this fixed immediately.

rringler-Shoot me a PM as well! This is definitely out of the ordinary! We cut our tint in house and I hate to hear that customers are having problems like this. Let me know and I'll get them replaced or processed for a 100% refund back to you!

The same thing happened to my 10 inch vinyl stripes I got from AM. After a few days a few large bubbles formed. I didn't want to use a needle on them since the stripes were already on and a big wrinkle would've happened if I did. It said the bubbles are supposed to go away over time, and since they were not there immediately after I put them on I wasn't able to fix them. They aren't too noticeable, but I know they are there and they are right in the middle of my hood, so I obsess over them lol. I'm wary of putting the rest of the kit on since I don't want that to happen again. Not sure if I got a bad kit, or I improperly installed (looked perfect when I put them on, good for 2 days and then bubbles came). Is this what the OP was describing?

Hey! Sorry to hear about this! I definitely can't have that! If you're as OCD as I am with my Mustang (as well as any other toy/hobbies) this would make me literally lose sleep! Can you shoot me a PM with your order number? I'm more than happy to have these replaced for you no questions asked!

Naples, That's very much appreciated! We rely heavily on customer feedback to have new parts that we're not seeing brought on. If there's anything off the top of your head that you're not seeing here in the meantime, let me know! We're always trying to expand.

That's something I've been looking around on for a few years now! Believe me if we're to find a vendor that we feel would benefit the 3.7l Community we'll have them brought on! Let me know if there was a specific brand that you're seeing and I'm happy to have it recommended!
