ON the 2011+ AM sells unpainted Cali Special Wing which are 4 pedestals (as we have four holes already on our deck lids)

I have bought 2 from them in the past two years, one for my 2013 V6 and later for my 2013 V8.

I was wanting a pre painted factory looking spoiler. The top is painted but the bottom is hard black plastic.

For that, you may have to either find a factory takeoff, or purchase it through your dealership. I don't think any aftermarket pedestal spoilers are painted in the style of the factory Cali Special spoiler.

Have you talked with AM about this? If they sell one, they may be able to paint it anyway you'd like it (including the bottom hard plastic). Head over to the AM forum here on this site and either post there, or PM one of the AM folks who have a username here, such as Dan or Shane.

I'm actually surprised AM doesn't already offer the option to have it painted like the OEM Cali Special spoiler. It looks a lot better in my opinion. Maybe it's just because it's easier to paint the whole thing rather than mask off the bottom areas and then paint it.

There are a couple of Dealerships that sell them on Ebay for cheaper than you are going to get it from your local dealer. But that is a Ford OEM spoiler and when I got the one for the 2010 Ford was the only place to get one.
As for painting the lower part black, it still would not look OEM, the OEM plastic did match the color and texture of all the rest of the plastic on the car.

If you buy one fully painted you can easily plastidip the bottom yourself. this will give you choices for your look.

Hmm, plastidip does have that matte black look similar to the oem plastic trim. Could be an option.

The AM spoiler is $300. The ones on ebay are $144 and they look factory but I don't know anything about them

I chatted with couple of AM guys on phone and they refused to do it even as a special order, I guess the price would rise anyways. Ford sells unpainted ones so that's not an option either. I had to change my plans completely and now I'm going for GT500 spoiler!

I have a 2013 GT and I added the Cali Spoiler at the dealer. Mine is hard plastic underneath as well.
