Scratches on outside glass after tints installed

I got tints on my brand new mustang a week ago and saw that there were scratches after the work was done but just wrote it off thinking that it was just smudged from a normal tint job.

Well it wasn't and the glass has numerous scratches were not there!
If anyone has any advise I would appreciate it.

Eesh I'd definitely go back to the shop and tell them that wasn't there before the install. That's no bueno

You should not lower your window at all for 5-7 days after you get your tints done, to be safe. If they are scratches, I would contact the shop that did the install and let them know, maybe they could reimburse you in some way. Don't yell/be rude, just explain what happened and that you are disappointed in the service.

Looks like somebody might have went a little hard on the razor blade to remove the factory tint...

Is it on the tint or the glass?

The issue is finally resolved with a Brand New window from Ford.

First I brought my car back to the place I got the tints done and he explained that they did not make the deep scratches on the outside of the window.
He said that they only cut around the outside of the window to shape the tint (and the numerous scratch marks are on the middle of the window)
So then I went to the ford dealer and they told me that the window needed to be lubricated bc it was not sliding smoothly and you could hear scratching every time the window went up or down.
So the final outcome is that ford will be installing a new window for free and paying me back the cost to re-tint my window.

Thank you all for your comments!

Hey you were right! The window needed to be lubricated to prevent this from happening
