Has anybody used this in their Stang!? I'm thinking about purchasing it, but would like some feedback about it first

It's supposed to make power shifting safer for your transmission. It allows you to shift without taking your foot off the gas.

I'd have to call BS. That little box will not make power shifting safer. You will still beat the hell out of your transmission doing that.

The description on that should read "give us your money and we will give you a blue piece of plastic that will magically save your transmission from harm.... We swear.... No you can't have that in writing and there is no warranty.... "

I wouldn't put it in mine. If it worked though it could be a cool idea.

Unless your Mustang is turbo'd than the WOT box is a waste of money. The main purpose of the box is the two-step, which spools your turbo up from a dead stop so that you have maximum boost and no turbo lag when you launch. The other purpose, no-lift shifting, helps keep the car in the power band more often, which again is only advantageous if you're running a turbo setup.

Why wouldnt it work? Our clutches are electronic, seems do-able. All it would take is programming to tell the computer to cut the throttle when the clutch is pressed. Im sure its more complicated cuz you need throttle to start in first or reverse.

Cutting the throttle electronically with the clutch depressed defeats the entire purpose of power-shifting while STILL grinding your transmission.

NLS in an NA car is just for people who can't power shift.

That said, the factory MT82 hydraulics and clutch will not allow for it anyways.
