Parallel parker bumps

Can anyone help me? Whenever I park in the city, I'm always scared of getting bumps from other cars on my front and rear bumper. I read a couple of ideas online like putting a tow hitch connected to the car's chassis. Anyone of you guys have a solution for this?

Honestly tho, theres no way to really prevent it. If its gonna happen its gonna happen, can't see anything helping without being a terrible eyesore on the car. Maybe a hitch would make people more careful but thats only if they notice it. Personally ill park far and walk for the piece of mind.

I park far away from anyone and walk. Protects my car and burns a few more calories lol.

This, the best way. Until some jagoff decides to park right next to you for giggles

Just don't park like a BMW owner
