I have a FR cut and clamp x pipe. It did not add any rasp. An off road x pipe will. If you want to make it rumble get an H. MY X PIPE is not an offroad x it is cut and clamp and really only changes the tone a little.

Facts are, and this is what I've read, and from experience driving a car with an H pipe (mine) and other mustangs with an X pipe, the X is raspy(if it doesnt have cats, which is an offroad) and not as deep. If you want deep. The H pipe is what you want. But go ahead and find out the hard way since you seem set on it.

That's because stock V6 mustangs have a Y pipe, so yes, the X would deepen it somewhat, but an H is much deeper, and not as raspy as an X pipe.

On my stang I'm not stupid

Rapinator actually knows more about mustangs than 99% of this Forum. There are probably only a handful of people on here who know as much as he does. He can come off as a jerk, especially if you make a mistake or you're wrong about something, but I would listen to any information he provides. Just filter through the rest :p .

Off topic it's cool to see all the horsepower gains from little things like exhaust cai and tuner can change these things to beasts my side project is a 92 integra swapped with a gsr motor and the didn't make big difference for me except for the tune

We'll hate me all u want when someone offers a cheap part to me and I don't have a budget like most you guys probally do wife and kid at home and she doesn't work I don't live off mom and dad so if you'd like to donate money to me so I don't cheap out let's go if not worry about what you put on your car not what I put on mine

What does that have to do with anything. By that logic if someone offers you a Honda hood for $50 you will buy it. You posted a CAMARO x-pipe. You have a MUSTANG. We are not hating, just please use common sense next time. If no one has ever done it before, and after research you can't see any examples, chances are because it either a. can't be done, or b. is too expensive/useless to do

My bad... I knew that. I guess I was thinking about my friends 06 V6 when I posted that.
