Are are headlights and taillights interchangeable from 11-14?

I was wondering if the headlights and tail lights were interchangeable between 11-14 mustangs? Are there any differences? I have leftover projectors from a previous project and was thinking about doing a projector HID retrofit into the headlights and perhaps upgrade the taillights to the newer model years.

I have Raxiom HID headlights for sale new super cheap if you are interested for your project. The 10-12 tail and head lights are different from the 13-14. I believe the 2 sets of headlights are a different fit because of the bumpers but the taillights are the same? Someone plz correct me if I am wrong.

The headlights I have I will sell for the price of OEM headlights. That's what they are they don't have HID ballasts or shrouds or anything, they're meant to re-use the stock ones. Literally what you said, a set of headlights to bake open and stick them in

So they are just regular OEM headlights? Or are they the ones with the Halo rings and stuff?

They have the Halo rings. They are the HID ones though so they don't have anything besides that, you put your own bulbs, ballasts, etc. in.

All headlights and tail lights from the 2010 to 2014 model years will bolt-on no problems. However, unlike the tail lights all plugging right up, if your car did not come equipped with factory HID's in 10-12 model years you'll have to purchase the HID harness or an aftermarket harness to run 10-12 /13+ Ford HID's.

The Raxioms should bolt up to any 2010-2014.

You can't use the Raxiom Reverse Light LED Conversion Kit. The 2013 and 2014 tail light units are sealed. So if a bulb burns out, $760 or more.

You also have to swap bumpers if you're a 10-12 and use 13-14 taillights. There is a gap that will appear under them if you don't.

Not to mention the price gouging from any take-offs around

Take-off 13-14 tail lights are ridiculous. As Sanguin said, they will leave a gap, personally it would bug the hell out of me. That's why I went with the Raxiom Aero tailights. Nice clean smoked look with a totally different layout. I love em.

These are it when I did them a while back:

The tail lights are interchange for sure and are the most straight forward. I'm actually going to be working on a complete 2012 to 2013 rear bumper and tail light swap over the next few weeks. I'll be posting detailed videos about it if you're interested. Good luck!
