Spark plug recommendations? NGK iridiums?

Hey all I'm looking to upgrade my spark plugs from stock and I'm hearing NGK makes a pretty solid set. I'm just not sure which sub model is best. Has anyone had experience with their IX Iridiums vs their Laser DBL Platinum?

Other makes and models are welcome too!

Thanks all!

I just changed mine to ford oem. Gets the job done and anything less or more will hurt the mpg unless boosted. Click image for larger version

There is no magic spark plug. The only thing that makes an improvement is running newer ones. I'd stick with OEM. NGKs are good plugs, but I see no reason to run them when your current ones still have life.

The only car I varied from OEM was on my '00 Grand Prix. It was decently modified and I ran Autolites at a heat range lower than normal and modified gapping to prevent spark blowout. The fun of boosted engines...
