I'm bad with this: rim+tire combo

I'm bad with this: rim+tire combo (Pcd, offset (+/-), etc, etc, etc.)

What is the maximum rim size and tire combo that can fit in my rear (stock axles)?

Objective is to attain a Cobra jet / drag look but tires/rims should not be sticking out of the fenders...

Planning to order welds racing weldstar RT series but not sure if it will fit in...

Thanks guys!

Unfortunately the older Mustangs came with a more aggressive offset. Stock I believe our wheels are around +45-+50. I have aftermarket Niche wheels and they are +35 front and +38 rear. I wish I could get some thing more agressive but its a little difficult. To achieve what youre trying to do will probably be some where in the +25 range with a 10" wheel for the rear. There are wheels out there that will fit but you would need to know exactly what specs you need to accomplish your goal....meaning +35 and +38-40 is safe and can be guaranteed to fit. So any wheel place wont have a problem installing them. When you start getting to aggressive wheel some wheel places wont even install them because of fitment issues...meaning you buy them, take them home and find some one else to install them and hope they fit. If they dont guess what, your out some money.

I cant tell you exactly what specs you need to make this work. Do a search and ask a people because if youre wrong you could be out a lot of money.

I hope this makes sense to you...
