2012 v6 Racing stripe advice (Dark purple/royal purple)

Just wondering if anyone has any opinions on getting vinyl or painted on racing stripes?

If vinyl, can anyone point me in the direction to get good quality stripe kits in a dark purple/royal purple color?

(FYI - Looking to go from front bumper all the way to the back bumper with the stripe)

Thanks.

I know that AM sells sripes and thats a good source but forgive me for this...

The Decal Shoppe, Muscle Car Stripes For,Chevy Camaro, Dodge Challengers, Dodge SRT,Dodge SRT8,Ford Mustang, Racing Decals,Signs,Racing Stripes,Car Racing Stripes,Truck Graphics, Trailer Graphics,Custom Decals,Banners,Lincoln Electric Welder Decals,M

These look like a pretty good quality kit. There is also a video on Youtube for installing. Search for the "decal shoppe".

Yeah I saw AM's stripes but unfortunately I didn't see any purple options.

You're best bet would probably be a local sign/decal shop that does graphics on cars. Most should be able to cut, install, and warranty stripes in a wide range of colors.

Okay. That's what I figured. I know the price and everything varies from place to place but would you happen to know a ballpark figure of what this should cost (labor, vinyl, etc..)

From my experience in NC its around 500 for large decals plus installation. Although it looks easy it takes a fair amount of time to install and you want to make sure its done right and that high quality vinyl is used. Last thing you want is a year or two down the road it fading, bubbling, or pealing because you saved a little and went cheap.
